- Identify as LGBTQ+? The Trevor Project provides crisis intervention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth, including a hotline and text line depending on your preferences: 1-866-488-7386. You can also reach out to the Trans Lifeline (877-565-8860) as well! 
- Identify as a person of color? Text STEVE to 741741. 
- Live in Rural MN? Minnesota Farm & Rural Helpline is a great place to reach out. You can call them at 833-600-2670, or text FARMSTRESS to 898211 
- Feeling suicidal and don't know where to turn to? Reach out to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline by dialing 988.

- Safety Plan for when you’re feeling suicidal and want to keep yourself safe. 
- Now Matters Now is an online resource that provides support in coping with suicidal thoughts through skills commonly used in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. Includes videos of personal stories. 
- Are you a suicide loss survivor? Look into resources from the Suicide Awareness Voice of Education (SAVE) including suicide loss support groups.
